MATERIALS
The surface materials that flatter the Joiku architecture have been curated by an interior designer. There are two carefully planned entitys designed for you and they can be mixed with each other.
Option 1 is a combination of classic oak wood and Ekebergmarble-like granite ceramics. Option 2 has an appealing blend of dark wood and limestone-style granite ceramics.
The understated range of materials guarantee a considered set from one room to another and leaves space for your own style and consideration. You may like a pinch of Laplandic abundance with reindeer furs or minimalistic Scandinavian style with streamlined furniture. Even though we haven`t spared in aesthetics, everything has above all been planned considering the practical solutions that support a relaxed and first-class life.
ENTITY 1, OAK
KITCHEN + OTHER COMMON AREAS
Classic oak is always up to date, regardless of the varying trends. In this ready curated set the shade of oak has been selected to the lath panel on the ceiling which match-es perfectly with the fixtures with oak veneer surfaces and the oak plank parquet floors. By the side of the kitchen with veneer surfaces Bricmate`s Glanshammar granite ceramic will be used both for the work surfaces as well as for the floor tyles in the hallway. The fixtures have both trail and oak lath pulls. The architectural fireplace coated with Basebeton in the shade of Gentle divides the high room. The walls and the lowered ceilings will be painted with a beautiful shade of grey sand that matches the entity. There will be bottom installed stainless-steel sinks and Tapwell´s chrome taps in the kitchen and in the utility rooms of the biggest apartments.
BATH, TOILET AND HOUSEKEEPING FACILITIES
The vertically installed thermo aspen panel and broad thermo aspen benches equipped with beautiful indirect lighting bring warmth and atmosphere into the bathroom. Bricmate`s Glanshammar granite ceramic tile (matt on the floor and glossy on the walls) has been chosen for the floor and the walls. Therefore, the uniform style continues seamlessly all the way from the hallway into the kitchen and the restrooms. The work surfaces in the bathroom are also Bricmate`s Glanshammar granite ce-ramic and the fixtures are oak veneer all the way through the apartment and in the bathroom. The Tapwell`s water fixtures in the shade of chrome and bottom installed white sinks as well as the toilet seats installed on the wall, give the final touch for the bathroom.
ENTITY 2, WALNUT
BATH, TOILET AND HOUSEKEEPING FACILITIES
The vertically installed dark panel and dark broad benches equipped with beautiful lighting bring warmth and atmosphere into the bathroom. Bricmate`s Jura Select Ivory granite ceramic tile has been chosen both for the floor and the walls. Therefore, the uniform style continues seamlessly all the way from the hallway into the kitchen and the restrooms. The countertops in the bathroom are also Bricmate`s Jura Select Ivory granite ceramic and the fixtures are dark stained veneer all the way through the apartment and in the bathroom. The Tapwell`s water fixtures in the shade of chrome and bottom installed white sinks as well as the toilet seats installed on the wall, give the final touch for the bathroom.
KITCHEN + OTHER COMMON AREAS
Dark wood is here again, and We chose hazelwood and dark stained oak for Joiku’s interiors because of their aesthetic and ambient qualities. You can see walnut in the lath ceiling panels of the villa as well as in the fixtures with nut veneer surfaces. The light shaded plank parquet floor refreshes the entity. By the side of the dark fixtures, we have chosen the Bricmate´s Jura Select Ivory granite ceramic for the countertops. This granite ceramic has been inspired by trendy limestone. You can find the same material also in the tile floor of the hallway. The architectural fireplace coated with Basebeton in the shade of Dawn, divides the high room. The walls and the lowered ceilings will be painted in the shade of atmospheric greige. There will be bottom installed stainless-steel sinks and Tapwell`s chrome taps in the kitchen and in the utility rooms of the biggest apartments.
